Trading Terms

Welcome to the official website of BOERAY Truck Parts Co., Ltd. ("BOERAY", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, requesting quotes, or engaging in business transactions with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and technical specifications, is the property of BOERAY and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

As a professional manufacturer of truck and trailer air brake parts, our trading terms are structured to support bulk procurement, regional distributors, and fleet operators.

• Quotations & Pricing: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are typically quoted FOB Ningbo Port, China, unless an alternative Incoterm (e.g., CIF, EXW) is agreed upon in writing.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): MOQs vary by product category (e.g., trailer brake hoses, 3-in-1 cable assemblies). Specific MOQs will be detailed in your formal quotation.
• Payment Terms: Standard payment terms for international orders are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, with the 70% balance payable against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). Irrevocable L/C at sight may be accepted for large-volume orders subject to prior approval.
• Lead Times: Standard production lead time is 30-45 days following receipt of deposit, depending on order volume and customization requirements.

We offer comprehensive OEM customization services, including custom part numbers, lengths, connector types, and private labeling.

For custom mold development or specialized tooling, a tooling fee may apply. This fee is generally refundable once cumulative order volumes reach an agreed threshold. The intellectual property rights of custom tooling remain with BOERAY unless exclusively purchased by the client under a separate agreement.

Clients requesting private packaging or branding must provide valid authorization for the use of such trademarks to ensure compliance with international trade laws.

BOERAY operates under ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our pneumatic brake components are DOT certified and comply with FMVSS and SAE J2394 standards.

Inspection: We conduct 100% factory inspection on critical items, including air tightness (2.5MPa), tensile strength, and temperature cycling. Inspection records are maintained via our intelligent traceability system.

Warranty Claims: We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Any claim for defective goods must be submitted in writing with photographic or video evidence within 12 months of the B/L date. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective parts or a corresponding credit note, at our sole discretion.

These terms and conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or related transactions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, or submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) as mutually agreed.
